This beach is 290 meters long and its width varies between 40 and 150 meters, depending on the tide.

This beach is easily accessible and it’s between two cliff areas that protect it. Like the Arealonga beach, it’s part of the environmental protection area of the Catedrais beach, which is declared a Special Conservation Area (SCA “As Catedrais”).
