Indiano house with a viewpoint-tower in Santiago de Reinante.
A beautiful indiano house that possesses an elegant crystallised bay window or «gurugú» on the top of the roof that serves as an observatory of the surrounding area.
On the first floor there is a large presidential balcony with a reinforced concrete railing, which, at the same time serves as a porch cover on the ground floor, supported by two stone columns. The window lintels are beautifully decorated with geometric-vegetal decoration.
Dissimulating the roof, it has an acroterium or attic ornamented with vegetal decoration and topped by pinnacles in the shape of vase.
