It was built by Mr Ignacio López and completed in 1907; it is a new example of the transition between the indigenous house and the noble house.

Located in a rural environment, it draws special attention by its magnificent dimensions. The decoration is concentrated around its elegant windows and balconies with geometric and vegetal motifs. Occupying the position of the keystone you can see a female face, figure known as «mascaron».

The main façade has an elegant upper cornice ornamented with a classic chequered.
At the entrance there is a French garden with typical flower beds, an expression of the classicism applied to these spaces.
