It is a transition between the autochthonous house style and the noble house. It was built by an emigrant to Cuba at the end of the 19th century.

The balconies are set in richly and decorated forge, while the lateral ones are made of cement, decorative elements that will become very popular at the beginning of the 20th century.

On their four façades there is in each one a tower loft gallery in the centre. Under the imposing cornice there is a decorative frieze painted in fresco with vegetal motifs. 

As is very common in Indiano houses, the house has a forged wall with strong stone pillars. These grilles were one of the most frequently used decorative resources given their visual appeal as ornaments.
